The trek is continuous in Gosaikunda, climbing through rugged terrain we pass some beautiful small lakes, to the Laurebinayak La (4610 meters), the trek’s highest point. Look back at the breathtaking views of Langtang Lirung, the Ganesh Himal, and Manaslu, which you are now familiar with. After that, you descend steeply to camp close to Ghopte. Descend through the forest and climb along a dry riverbed to reach a Kharka encircled by a forest of rhododendrons. We walk to Tharepati village amid a thick forest.
