These booking terms and conditions confirm that Tidy Himalaya and you (the client) are legally blinded by this contract. Make sure you read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a trip.

General booking Condition

Booking a trip to Nepal is easier; you need a photocopy of your passport and a 20% deposit of the total trip cost. No matter when you cancel your trip, this 20% is non-refundable. Remember if you cancel any time after booking, you lose the 20% deposit. The final 80% payment can be paid when you arrive in Kathmandu before starting your trek or tour.

Booking a trip to Bhutan or Tibet, you need a Passport and a 50% deposit 20 days before your booking. If you cancel your trip, a 50% deposit is non-refundable.

For Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibet you need to pay the remaining balance of your trip cost 20 days before your departure date. If you don’t pay by then, we have the right to cancel your trip altogether.

In short: To lock in your spot, you pay 20% upfront, which you can’t get back if you cancel later. The rest you pay before your trip starts. Remember, canceling means losing the deposit depending on your destination. If your trip is outside Nepal, pay 20 days earlier. If you don’t pay by then, we have the right to cancel your trip altogether.
